What a very cool idea! A real estate agent threw a housewarming party for the new homeowners to help them get to know their neighbors! This was the first home for the young couple and being new to the area they did not know many people. Bright fresh floral decor was brought in, food from The Occasional Bakery was put out, coffee brewing, and smiles on - everyone was ready to meet the neighbors. The turnout was incredible with the new couple meeting almost all of the surrounding neighbors, the real estate agent shaking hands with those who came in, and plenty of conversations had. Such a fun way to get to know your new neighbors!
