This captivating event was a hit with students from kindergarten all the way up to 7th graders. Teachers were reporting chatter in the hallways happening weeks after this event! The lunchroom was transformed into a Mad Science lab. Parents and kids were turned into Scientists upon check-in. Once scanning their hand for entry, they were filled with awe at the transformation that took place in the space. Groups moved from station to station in a scientifically formulated time allotment. Stations included bouncy ball creating, proton model making, guess what’s in the jar, exploring scientific tools, and ice cream sundae experiment bar. The highlight was the Mad Scientist show put on at the end, I mean the look on the faces of the kids and adults certainly moves this event to the top of the charts!
